Property in Borovets

Property in Borovets looks as though it might prove to be one of the best investments in 2008 due to a slower growth rate than it’s rival winter resorts.

Until recently the Super Borovets plan to regenerate the area was by no means certain and the resort was desperately in need of some big investors.  However, 2007 saw major developments in this regard and will be a real pay off for early investors.

Numerous consortiums are involved in improving and adding to the region’s infrastructure, from ski runs to new lifts, roads and hotels, Borovets now looks set to become a world class ski resort.  In addition, there have been some big land purchases from property funds aiming to construct luxury holiday complexes.

As these developments are released we expect prices to begin to rise quickly!
